When a demo becomes a product workflow
The important transition at Seed was from a compelling prototype to a connected member journey.
At Seed Health, the initial experience was a working system, not a slide deck: onboarding, product-fit questions, personalized results, learning modules, a learn-to-earn loop, and an AI assistant called Agent Flora. The product had to make scientific and product information useful across a coherent journey.
A measured pilot gave the team early evidence about engagement. The personalization and learn-to-earn experience later became part of Seed’s broader member product. Agent Flora was part of the demo; I cannot verify its status after I left. That distinction matters because the strongest story is the actual transition of the member workflow into the product.
In parallel, I built an internal article generator that retrieved from indexed source material before drafting for human review. The two efforts had different users, but the same underlying question: how do you turn a body of knowledge into an experience people can use and trust?
